For our Travel Manament based in our Technical Center in Bonn we are looking for a highly qualified and extremely motivated Travel Manager (m/f).

We expect and offer:

• Cooperating with outside travel agencies
• Contact / Negotiation with airlines, rental car companies, hotels, insurances and carriers (e.g. Deutsche Bahn) con-tracts on European level
• Developing and maintaining European travel guidelines
• Mediating between local travel officer and accounting
• Coordinate and consult local travel officers
• Organize emergency procedures
• Communicate related policies to stakeholders
• Set up and maintaining travel cost controlling
• Watching the market and set up internal / external benchmark

Skills Profile:

• Vocational training as travel officer, industrial clerk or equivalent
• English fluent written and oral other languages are a plus
• Extensive job related experience in travel related fields (e.g. travel management, travel agency)
