For our Supply Chain Department based in Weissenthurm we are looking for a highly qualified and extremely motivated Manager Can Planning Area West (m/f).

We expect and offer:

• Leading of plant planners in day-to-day planning activities
• Coordinate RCCP process for planning area in terms of Budget, Quarterly Planning and rolling periodic planning on detailed level
• Balance Supply vs. Demand within planning areas to optimize conversions in all plants as well as ICD flows
• Optimize customer – plant allocations in close cooperation with Manager Logistics, Sales Directors and CTS
• Support of introduction of new manufacturing specifications to market in cooperation with Sales, CTS and Manufacturing
• Balance and drive stock build and distribution of stocks in attached plants in close cooperation with sales directors
• KPI determination and follow up on area level
• Support Manager Can Planning Europe in harmonisation of BPE planning process across plants
• Support development of Flexible Planning Tool and weekly planning
• Old stock Management, FIFO for all BPE can stocks in all warehouses
• Transport contracting for AREA in cooperation with Manager Logistics
• Warehousing contracting for AREA in cooperation with Manager Logistics
• Warehouse & Transport capacity management, utilisation control, contracting, optimisation of distribution structure – location & capacities
• Highly motivated multinational team working throughout Europe

Skills Profile:

• University degree or equivalent in Business Administration
• Experience in Production Planning and Inside Sales in an international mass production company / retailer
• Knowledge of production process
• German and English, other languages beneficial
• MS-Office, SAP R/3, SAP BW
