For our Supply and Demand Department based in our Rugby Plant we are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Supply and Demand Administrator (m/f).

 

We offer:

  • Support the Warehouse and Packaging team Leader in coordination of daily warehouse activities
  • Transport booking UK ‘Multihaulier’ loads ex Rugby
  • Transport booking for ICD Can loads ex Rugby
  • Coordination of inter-warehouse stock movements
  • Coordination of daily / weekly/ 6 monthly inventory checks in warehouses associated with Rugby plant.
  • SAP transport administration (YV65 / Packaging Posting / Self Billing, etc)
  • SAP warehouse administration (ZWMI / Processing delivery notes, etc)
  • KPI Reporting data collection (OTIF/stock acc/costs/FIFO)
  • Co-ordination of non WM warehouses (spot warehousing transactions)
  • Administration of physical stock adjustments and scrap process
Support planning function on following areas as required:
  • Master Data activity completing part set-up
  • Receive customer call-offs and raise and confirm orders and create shortage lists
  • Resolve Order shortfalls by consultation with, Supply/Demand Co-ordinator and Account Managers
  • Check sales order confirmation by Back Order Scheduling
  • Generate Sales reports, Stock Faxes and cans vs ends reports
  • Holiday cover for shortage production planning

 

Skills Profile:

  • Good GCSE/O Level  Results – Maths and English and three other subjects at grade C or above
  • Transport planning experience
  • Spoken and written English, other European languages are beneficial

 

Personal Qualifications:

  • Intercultural awareness, team player, willingness to travel to other UK locations
